Suzain speaking to the press ahead of the match.
Male’, MALDIVES – Victory would keep an eye on the striking force of Valencia ahead of their crucial game in tonight’s Dhiraagu Dhivehi League match. In the press briefing held in FAM House, this afternoon, Victory’s coach Suzain said that Valencia has proved their scoring capability against New Radiant.

“They have shown what they could do infront of the goal against New Radiant. We have to be very careful in our defence”

“It does not mean that we would change our style and defend. We would not do that. We would continue in our style and be a bit careful”

Suzain gave rest to Mukhthaar (twokilo) in the last match and Suzain said he would give rest to some players in tonight’s game even.

“These players have been playing as a team for a good period of time. Sometimes it improves when one player is given rest. And I hope twokilo would use his rest well in tonight’s match”

He also noted that the players would use the ‘lack of confidence’ of Valencia’s goalkeeper Habeeb well.

“Habeeb is a good goalkeeper. But after he let in those goals against New Radiant, his confidence would be all time low. I hope the players will use the opportunity very well”

Meanwhile, Valencia’s official, Mohammed Haleem (Jadaa) said that they would correct the mistakes in New Radiant match.

“The goal keepers made a lot of mistakes. I hope they would correct those mistakes in Victory match.”

Valencia’s midfielder, Shamveel Ghasim (Bonda) is fit and he would start in the starting lineup.
“Bonda is fit and he would start in the starting lineup”
