After the match, VB’s coach Vanli said he was delighted of the win.
“I’m very happy that we won the game. We got so many chances to score but still there are some problems with the players’ combination and we need to sort out that soon”
“One of our target was not to lose a game without Ashfaaq and we managed to do it. He would most probably join from next week”
“I had to substitute Ali Umar because the strikers wasted a lot of chances. Ali Umar was also playing as a midfielder because the strikers did not get much support from the midfielders. However, Umair played very well in this match”
Meanwhile, Vyansa’s assistant coach, Naaz (Aakey) said that they played very well today in spite of the result.
“We played a good game today. The problem is by the end of the game, the result is always on the oppositions’ side. Not ours”
“We got good chances to equalize. I missed the penalty and I feel I did not take the responsibility in that situation being the captain”
