Male', MALDIVES - According to reliable sources, maldivesoccer.com can confirm that Ahmed Thoriq (Tom) has returned to his former club New Raditant. Both the club and the player declined to confirm the reports.
However, in a previous interview to maldivesoccer.com on the transfer deadline day, VB’s manager Ibrahim Rasheed (Satho) said that they have told New Radiant to give MRF 40,000/- ( approximately US$3000) for the transfer.
New Radiant did include Thoriq’s name in their transfer and according to confirm reports, today a deal was reached between the Tom, New Radiant and VB Sports.
Tom had an impressive display in the blues jersey. However, his performance was not impressive in his stints in Valencia and VB.
